Not necessarily a creator of Nikkes, per se, this company was introduced with the collaboration event BULLET X CHAINSAW, and is implied to be an overseer of Nikke-like existences (e.g. collaboration characters).

• Abnormal "Nikkes" cannot be advised in the Command Center. The only way to unlock their Character Stories is to give gifts. Collaboration events provide Abnormal-based gifts, which garner more Affection when given to Abnormal units.
• OuteR: Automata is the first collaboration event that introduces two squads.
  • It is also the first collaboration event to introduce English-dubbed voice-overs for the characters.
• Re:CIPE FOR YOU is the first event to introduce Korean-dubbed voice-overs for the characters.
• NERV is the first Abnormal squad with four members.
