In a distant future, humanity has been attacked by mysterious mechanical beings known as the Raptures, hellbent in taking over the planet. Despite the world's military might to fight back, it was proven fruitless and the Raptures won the war, forcing humanity to reside in an underground metropolis known as the "Ark." In an effort to slowly reclaim the surface, the Central Government began developing female warriors designed to fight the Raptures. As such, the Goddess of Victory, "Nikkes" were born. |
