Nikke squads that comprise of Nikkes from more than one manufacturer. Currently, squads are composed of Nikkes from the Big Three; Pilgrim and Abnormal squads remain pure. Note that some of these inter-manufacturer squads are specifically a squad from a certain Manufacturer, just one of the Nikkes affiliated are from a different Manufacturer.

A ragtag squad led by a rookie Commander who just graduated from the military academy.
Stationed in the Outpost, they take on all manner of assignments. With Anis being the only member from Tetra Line.
Nepenthe[]
A "squad" that hosts and performs in all manner of sports activities to entertain the citizens and improve public health.
Despite being from Tetra, Nepenthe consists of Epinel (Missilis), Folkwang, and Rumani (both Tetra Line).
The squad name comes from Nepenthe, a fictional drug that cures sorrow in Greek mythology, which is also named the "drug of forgetfulness."
Triangle[]
The squad responsible for maintaining order in the Ark.
They act for the Central Government and keep Ark citizens safe from various threats. Even so, the public is not aware that they are Nikkes.
Admi hails from Missilis Industry, Privaty hails from Elysion, and Yulha hails from Tetra Line.
Exotic[]
A squad formed of ex-convicts from the Outer Rim, who've been outfitted with bomb collars to keep them in line. Despite the tight leash they're ostensibly kept on, they've found a number of ways to slacken the chain, if not slip loose entirely. Viper is currently the only member hailing from Tetra Line.
Their names are taken from wild animals.
Seraphim[]
Tetra's medical support squad, full of caring and professional medical staff. Despite being referred as a Tetra squad, Pepper who is a Nikke from Missilis is part of this squad.
The squad is named after Seraph, an angelic being in Ancient Judaism said to be associated with light, ardor, and purity, while each members of the squad are named after herbs and spices.
Unlimited[]
A squad that protects the inhospitable snowy northern area. They also function as a search-and-rescue squad that patrols the northern tundra, guiding lost Nikkes back to the Ark. Tove is currently the only member of the squad from Missilis Industry.
Maid For You[]
A squad focused on serving the citizens of the Ark with its on-call maids, each with their own specialties.
Each Nikkes under this squad are named after beverages. Moreover, the squad's name can be interpreted to be a play for "made for you", referencing their duty as maids and the fact that Nikkes are created to protect and serve humanity. Privaty: Unkind Maid is currently the only known member of the squad from Elysion, although she's only a temporary member.
School Circle[]
A group of students from the M.M.R. Vocational School, an educational institution established to improve a Nikke's performance.
This squad is comprised of students who have excelled in their studies, and its members are placed in genuine combat situations outside of school hours. Their names are taken from numbers in German. Rei was manufactured by Tetra Line, Ein was manufactured by Missilis Industry, and Zwei was manufactured by Elysion. Tercera is also a member, but she is only a minor character.
