A pioneer in the high-tech industry. They actively implement cutting edge technology into Nikke armaments.
In-game description

Missilis Industry is one of the different manufacturers that exists in the world of Nikke: The Goddess of Victory.
While the company was once the biggest fish amongst the Big Three, its growth has noticeably slowed since the current CEO Syuen took over. With mounting pressure from the strides Elysion and Tetra have taken in their own innovations, the CEO has taken to trying to raise her company's value by any means necessary, whether it be researching cutting-edge tech, gulping down any industries their rivals haven't, or even taking to some...ethically debatable avenues.
Squads[]
Matis[]
The most elite unit of Missilis that answers directly to Syuen, outfitted with her company's most advanced technology. As part of the CEO's plans to bolster her company, Matis is heavily marketed as heroes to the Ark's people.
Being the very first full squad the company produced, Matis is prided by Syuen as her personal magnum opus.[1]
Each members are named after real life polymaths/mathematicians.
Wardress[]
A black-ops squad that performs live captures of Raptures at Syuen's behest. Its only two members are particularly specialized for this task.
Project Wardress was Syuen's next work after the resounding success of Project Matis, intending to create special anti-Rapture and eventually anti-Heretic Nikkes. Sadly, Wardress' first mission to subjugate the special Rapture Chatterbox failed, eventually culminating into consequences down the line for Syuen. The squad was given the derisive epithet of "Syuen's Folly" for how their failure remained a smear on the CEO's reputation.[2]
Mighty Tools[]
A "squad" specializing in construction and repair jobs, though given Missilis' technological leanings, they can perform some level of R&D.
Their names are taken from units of measurement.
Recall & Release[]
A "squad" whose purpose is to research NIMPH and its relationship with memory in Nikkes. However in practice, it mostly seems to involve wiping the memories of any Nikke dumped into R&R's custody.
M.M.R.[]
Shorthand for "Missilis Military Research," this "squad" represents the institute where the company does all manner of study and R&D to develop even better weapons and medicine.
Exotic[]
A squad formed of ex-convicts from the Outer Rim, who've been outfitted with bomb collars to keep them in line. Despite the tight leash they're ostensibly kept on, they've found a number of ways to slacken the chain, if not slip loose entirely. Viper is currently the only member hailing from Tetra Line.
Their names are taken from wild animals.
Real Kindness[]
A "squad" formed of criminal Nikkes who've been locked up in the Rehabilitation Center, too dangerous to let roam free or exile but also too much potential to simply scrap. Oddly enough, all the (current) members of Real Kindness are all Missilis-produced.
Their names are based on types of offenses and negativity.
Master Hand[]
The Central Government's ceremonial guard.
They are musicians who preserve the musical legacy of the surface.
Dazzling Pearl[]
A squad of fresh graduates of M.M.R. Vocational School.
Their names are from mythological serpents.
Electric Shock[]
A squad dedicated to the R&D of electronic instruments. Together with M.M.R., they have invented various instruments which have made invaluable contributions to the Ark's infrastructure.
Their names are aptly based on the word 'electronics.'
Heavy Gram[]
A T.A.V:H (Tactical Autonomous Vehicle: Human-type) squad built around the concept of using highly-advanced combat mechsuits constructed by Missilis. Each Nikke and their mech is considered a single squad member. Though versatile and effective on the battlefield, the high production and maintenance costs of the mechs pose a significant downside to their deployment.
Botanic Garden[]
A squad responsible for managing the plant life within the Ark. They're assigned their own exclusive garden in order to raise and preserve specimens brought from the surface. The other known member is Leaf.
Their names are based on plant-related terms.
Incubator[]
A probationary unit for Nikkes who underperform or are expelled from their squads. Though touted as a "second chance" squad, it's more a dumping ground for delinquents. The only way members of Incubator can get out is either by forming a squad between themselves and accomplishing a mission, or passing a test supervised by a human commander.[3]
