The Misson Pass is a gameplay mechanic in Goddess of Victory: Nikke.
Overview[]
Much like the battle pass system used in other games, the Mission Pass allows players to accrue points by completing daily tasks, which in turn grants rewards as the player reaches point milestones and "levels up" the pass. Levels on a Mission Pass can be purchased to fast-track progress at a rate of 200 Paid Gems per level.
Mission Pass rewards are split between a common rewards and premium rewards. Premium rewards are unlocked upon purchasing a Premium Pass that costs approximately $20 USD. The premium rewards usually include more valuable items, such as Recruitment Vouchers, and an exclusive costume for a Nikke. After purchase, it is still necessary to complete pass levels in order to obtain all rewards.
Mission Pass Types[]
Monthly[]
The recurring Mission Pass that refreshes on the first day of every month (in Japan time/UTC+9). This Pass consists of 15 levels, and offers Mid-Quality Molds as common rewards, with the premium rewards being High-Quality Molds, Standard Recruitment Vouchers, and a Nikke costume.
Event[]
Certain events in the game will feature an exclusive Pass, separate from that of the standard monthly Mission Pass. The rewards from these limited-time passes tend to be more varied, including Special Recruitment Vouchers, upgrade materials, and event costumes that provide additional voicelines for Nikkes.
Pass-type events[]
Some other events, like Road to Villain, utilize the general mission pass mechanics, i.e. missions with points and levels with rewards obtained as points are accumulated.
