Though most things are a blur to her, she has an innate ability to spot things most people can't see, usually when it sparkles or shines. One of the few things Quiry is great with is paperwork as that's what she usually does when not in the field. She is fond of petting fluffy things.

Episode 1 - Lost Quiry[]
The commander breathes a sigh of relief after almost finishing his morning assignments. He considers what to get for lunch after he completes his current task when Anis enters the room, asking if he has received any calls from the A.C.P.U.. She reported a missing item about a week ago and they should've called her back by now, whether they have found it or not. She was wondering if they contacted him about it, but he hasn't heard a peep from them. All Anis can do now is accept that whatever she lost will stay lost and asks the protagonist to inform her when he goes out for lunch.
After she takes her leave, he ponders how the police can be delayed with Poli in charge. He attempts to resume what he was doing... only for Liter to barge in, looking really irritated. She's frustrated that Sugar has been riding her motorcycle and making so much noise and she wants him to make her either ride it at night, or not at all. The commander suggests taking this up with the A.C.P.U., but she comments that she wouldn't be here if she didn't. After threatening that she would dismantle Black Typhoon if Sugar continues making a racket, Liter leaves in a huff. Now having been inundated with multiple complaints, the protagonist heads to the A.C.P.U. headquarters to figure out why they aren't upholding the peace.
At the headquarters, he finds both Poli and Miranda and informs them of the complaints he has received. Miranda tries to explain that they were understaffed... before Poli cuts her off. They apologize for causing inconveniences for so many before Poli continues by sharing that the two have a lot on their plate as it is and the fact they are looking for a certain someone isn't making their jobs any easier. The commander has no idea what she is referring to so Poli reveals that along with the two of them, the A.C.P.U. squad has a third member named Quiry. She normally handles administrative duties, so she doesn't leave the office very often (though Miranda corrects her by saying Poli bars her from leaving until her work is done). There's going to be a big event in the Ark in two weeks. The entire force will attend to handle large crowds so Quiry was assigned to stay with them. She in particular was supposed to report in early so Poli and Miranda can help her adjust to the Outpost with the latter having gone to retrieve her... only for her to lose her in the process after trying to escort a lost child.
The two have been searching for her ever since, but have yet to locate her. Even Poli's extraordinary sense of smell hasn't picked up any sign of her. The two ask for the protagonist's help in finding their wayward companion and he agrees to aid their search. The two want to deal with the complaints they were unable to resolve so it's up to him to find Quiry until they finish. Poli promises to send him her description later and assures him she's very easy to recognize. The two thank him for his assistance and the commander heads to the Ark to start looking.
Though he appeared confident when he accepted this task, the protagonist feels that finding Quiry in a crowd is more comparable to finding a needle in a haystack. While walking with other pedestrians, he eavesdrops on some of their conversations... until he catches wind of a mother and child talking about a strange woman in the park. Having obtained a lead, he goes to investigate it.
While searching the park, the commander finds a pink-haired girl who's intensely focusing on a bench? Upon questioning her, she reveals herself as Quiry after being startled and upon asking what she was doing... she admits she was staring at a bug on the bench she wanted to sit on. He informs her she was grimacing at a breadcrumb and shared that Poli sent him to find her. Thinking she came with him, Quiry graciously thanks a doll in a trash can she mistook for Poli, leading him to question if he is in over his head on this assignment...
Episode 2 - Quiry's Poor Eyesight[]
Having met the protagonist for the first time now, she comments he's not as good looking as handsome as she has heard. Only after she hears his voice coming from behind him and feeling what was in front of her does she learn she was talking to a tree. Quiry makes it known that she has terrible eyesight, a rarity for a Nikke, and she has done everything possible to correct it, but to no avail. She apologizes for any more confusion this will bring in the future, but he feels she had nothing to be sorry for. As for why she is in the park, she recounts the events that Miranda shared before, but adding she had encountered several people while trying to reunite with her coworker, including a similar looking woman and a drunkard who tried to hit on her... Her phone died so she couldn't contact anyone, but the protagonist assures her she has done well up to this point. Quiry appreciates that he is a kind person... before he informs her she was complimenting a streetlight. His top priority is returning the nearly blind officer back to headquarters and she comments that she can see him pretty clearly now... only for the commander to remind her of her previous actions. With that being said, the two walk hand-in-hand to meet up with Poli and Miranda.
At the headquarters, Quiry apologizes for getting lost with Poli assuring her that she did nothing wrong and Miranda saying sorry for losing her in the first place. After informing Quiry she was talking to a towel, she shares that it and Poli feel very similar. The officers thank the commander for finding their comrade and have another task he can help them with if he wants to. As she has only just recently moved to the Outpost and given her lackluster vision, Poli asks him to give Quiry a tour to help her familiarize herself with her new surroundings. The two would join them, but have some backlog to clear. The protagonist agrees to personally show Quiry around the Outpost. Poli and Miranda thank him for aiding them yet again and while Quiry is eager to explore her new home, she's worried she will cause more trouble again... The two assure her that she is in good hands. With a boost of confidence, Quiry is ready to start the tour. The commander notes in his head that she's not even facing him while saying that, but is glad the two seem to have grown closer to each other. Comforted by this fact, he grabs the officer's hand and the two head off to explore the Outpost.
Episode 3 - Quiry's Petting[]
The protagonist is curious if there is anywhere in particular that Quiry wants to check out and she picks to go to the Workshop to see the members of Mighty Tools. She herself doesn't personally know either Liter or Centi, but has heard of their accomplishments, which comes as a surprise. With a destination set, the two travel to the Workshop.
Upon meeting Liter, she inquires if the previous matter they talked about was settled, something he informed the A.C.P.U. about, and he introduces her to Quiry. The officer admits to being a big fan of the builder, only for said builder to question why the officer was so fixated on her dog, Volt. Quiry now informs Liter that she is virtually blind, a realization that confounds her, and the commander inquires about Centi's whereabouts. The other squad-member is out purchasing a hard to find part from a distributor. They had one previously... but it had disappeared on them. Liter herself cannot construct the part, so she sent Centi to get one for cheap. While the two were talking, Quiry had her eyes on something else... On the ground... Quiry was able to locate the part Liter lost? Liter was astounded that Quiry of all people was able to find it, even after she and Centi combed the place with no luck. The protagonist was also shocked she was able to spot it. Despite it being almost microscopic, Quiry could see the sparkle it was giving off. Liter thanks the officer for finding the part and figures she will have to call Centi back because of it. Quiry was glad to finally be able to help someone as opposed to being chewed out for looking in the wrong place again. She once again was not looking at Liter while they were talking, but she was willing to let it slide...
With that settled, the protagonist was ready to continue the tour. Quiry wanted to pet Volt before they left... which would turn into a huge mistake. Instead of petting the canine... she petted Liter instead. The officer tried to explain herself, but Liter was in no mood to listen to reason... The two took this as a sign to retreat before they would endure the little inventor's wrath...
After having to run far enough away from Liter, Quiry was worried if she was going to be okay. The protagonist assured her that Liter is not one to hold a grudge, or at least he hoped she wasn't, and offers to take her somewhere else to take her mind off of it. Quiry wanted to visit the place in the Outpost where the most accidents happen. As a member of the A.C.P.U., she feels that would be a place she would want to grow accustomed to. With so many crime-ridden areas to choose from, picking one would be a challenge. He has a place in mind and the two again hold hands and venture forth towards this potentially dangerous situation.
Episode 4 - Rampaging Quiry[]
The two enter Cafe Sweety and are greeted by the squad of the same name. They each gave their usual greetings, except for Frima who was asleep. Quiry didn't know where she was and initially thought they were at a pub, but realized they were at a cafe upon sensing Milk's anger the smell of coffee. Milk was confused as to who she was and why she was staring off into space. Quiry introduces herself and informs them that she's both a member of the A.C.P.U. and has trouble seeing things. Upon hearing the former, Sugar formally introduces Quiry to the squad and offers some Sugar Coffee on the house. The officer had heard of them before and Milk and the protagonist were confused as to why Sugar was kissing up to her...
After handing Quiry her coffee, Sugar also hands her a tablet with a speeding ticket on it. She wasn't aware that there were any speed limits nor that they were enforced. The officer knew that speed limits were implemented as the population of the Ark rapidly grew and complaints flooded in. They were enforced between the hours of 12 to 6 am. The speed limit itself is 110 mph and Sugar was clocked in at 160 mph. As for why she was driving her bike so fast... she claims Black Typhoon got a little "too excited". After Milk's prodding, she then claims her bike was more excited than expected. Regardless as to why she was speeding, Sugar didn't have the funds to pay the fine on the ticket and wanted Quiry to take care of it for her. While Milk questioned where her profits from last month went, the officer had her attention drawn elsewhere...
Quiry was focusing on the cabinet Sugar was standing in front of and when asked why, she believes she sees something shiny coming from it. Sugar questioned her claim about her terrible eyesight and considered that she was just seeing things. However, given what happened at the Workshop... the protagonist wanted to check it out just in case. Sugar remained adamant that no one was allowed to open it, but Milk didn't understand why herself. After she did... it was revealed that lots of money was stored inside, enough to awaken Frima from her slumber. Sugar denied knowing about this but after Milk suggested splitting the money amongst themselves, Sugar refused to hand any of it over. Quiry figured that there was enough to both pay off the ticket and have plenty left over. Having admitted defeat, Sugar allowed the officer to take what was needed to pay the ticket and left to ride on her bike and clear her head...
Milk was amazed that Quiry was able to spot something so insignificant and wondered if she could spot any more cash in the cafe. While she couldn't find anything else, both Milk and Frima would welcome their new customer back whenever she wanted. Everyone says their goodbyes and the commander and Quiry are ready to travel to another part of the Outpost... until the officer accidentally slams herself into Milk's vending machine, breaking it.
By the time things were resolved, it was night outside. As the two left, Quiry had a sullen look on her face.
Despite the dreary atmosphere between them, the protagonist wants to bring the officer to one last location. While she was confused as to where they were going, he desperately urged her to keep up with him....
Episode 5 - Resplendent Quiry[]
The final stop on the tour was the A.C.P.U. headquarters and Poli and Miranda wanted to know how things went. While Quiry felt guilty... the protagonist was impressed by the officer. He recounted how she found a missing part for Liter and made Sugar see the error of her ways and got her to pay a relevant fine, causing the other officers to share similar sentiments. Quiry felt she didn't deserve his praise as she petted Liter's head instead of Volt and accidentally busted Cafe Sweety's vending machine. Despite her screw ups, neither Poli nor Miranda were mad at her. The two believed she admirably performed her duties as an officer and her mistakes could be overlooked due to her eyesight. Poli's point was expanded upon when she shared Quiry was talking to the towel again this entire time. The commander puts it another way; everything in the world is unclear to Quiry, making it easier for her to find what she is looking for.
The two officers asked again how Quiry felt about the Outpost... and she now responds by saying she really enjoyed her time. She liked how kind the people who live here are and is more than content to call this place her new home. In spite of the trouble she will probably cause others, she's looking forward to working with everyone. With that said, the commander, Poli, and Miranda formally welcome their new friend to the Outpost.
A few days later, Quiry has started to acclimate herself with her surroundings and the people she shares them with. While all three officers were on patrol, Quiry believed that she saw Liter going for a run... only to realize it was Volt after hearing some barking. Though Poli was miffed she was still having problems telling people apart, there is one person she can identify without any issues now however... Out in the distance, Quiry spots the commander and races over to see him, with Poli and Miranda trailing behind her. She was glad to see him again after so long, (though he reminds her they saw each other two days ago), and Poli is stumped as to why she can only clearly see the protagonist without any issues. Quiry shares that the three are on patrol and were about to head to a new area. He figured they were working hard, but she clarified her coworkers were doing most of it. Poli wanted to get a move on before the sun sets. Before they depart however, Quiry gets a good look at the commander... and can tell his complexion is remarkably "shiny" today and confidently confesses he's as handsome as people have told her. He was pleasantly surprised by her compliment, and Quiry takes her leave... only to go in the wrong direction.
As Quiry and the officers continue their patrol, the protagonist can't help but watch her while grinning from ear to ear.
