• As the past version of Scarlet, Scarlet: Black Shadow's Advise scenarios take the form of flashbacks, where the player takes the role of Goddess' commander.
  • For one of Scarlet's advise sessions, a flower field background is used.
• Scarlet: Black Shadow is the second alternate version Pilgrim Nikke who is not limited, following Modernia.
• Scarlet: Black Shadow won fifth place in the second popularity poll with 542,764 votes, while her OG version Scarlet simultaneously won third place.
• Scarlet: Black Shadow is one of the first two alts to receive costumes, with the other being D: Killer Wife.
  • She also is the first alt with a a Gacha Skin costume and the first with a costume with voice lines.
